MoLink Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the MoLink browser extension, MoLink Pro, and related websites and services. By using the service or purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms.

Service and acceptable use

MoLink helps you synchronize browser bookmarks with a Notion workspace you authorize. You are responsible for your browser bookmarks, Notion workspace, and use of the service. Use the service lawfully and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access. Do not disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Pro licenses

Pro access is provided according to the plan and duration shown at checkout. A license key is issued for activation and may be associated with your account or devices under the plan limits presented in the product. Do not resell, publicly disclose, or misuse a license key. We may suspend or revoke a license involved in fraud, abuse, a refund, or a chargeback.

Payments, renewals, and cancellation

Creem is the merchant of record for Pro purchases and handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable transaction taxes. Prices, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew as stated at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation and access end dates follow the subscription status and paid period shown by the billing provider.

Refunds

Refund requests can be made through the customer portal or by contacting support with your order details. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. A completed refund or chargeback may revoke the associated Pro license.

Availability and intellectual property

We may update or change the service and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. MoLink and its software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

The service is provided subject to applicable law. We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change; the latest version will be published on this page.
