MoLink Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
MoLink is a browser extension that syncs bookmarks with a Notion workspace. This policy explains how the extension and MoLink Pro website handle information.
Information handled by the extension
The extension reads bookmark titles, URLs, folder structure, and dates added to provide synchronization. It also stores an opaque Worker session and sync preferences locally. Notion access and refresh tokens stay in the Cloudflare Worker session service and are not returned to the extension.
Information handled for purchases
When you buy MoLink Pro, Creem acts as the merchant of record and processes checkout, payment details, billing contact details, applicable taxes, receipts, and customer portal functions. MoLink receives order and payment identifiers, product and subscription status, and the purchaser email needed to deliver a license and provide support. We store a one-way hash of the email with the license record; the email is also used transiently to send the license email when delivery email is enabled.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Information is processed by service providers only as needed to operate the service: Cloudflare hosts the Worker and stores service data; Notion receives bookmark data when you authorize synchronization; Creem handles purchases as merchant of record; and our transactional email provider delivers license emails when enabled.
Storage and retention
Bookmark sync data is processed to perform the requested sync. Sync job data is retained for a limited recovery period. License and purchase records are retained as needed to provide, secure, and administer the purchased license, handle support requests, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Disconnecting the extension clears its local data; it does not automatically delete purchase records or revoke a license.
Your choices and security
You can disconnect the extension, uninstall it, or revoke its Notion authorization in Notion settings. Network traffic uses HTTPS. Notion credentials are kept in the Worker service, and the extension stores only an opaque session credential.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service changes. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to jason.pai.work@gmail.com.
